Camping fun

We went camping in Heber this weekend, just before Labor Day...as we usually do with the family and some friends. We arrived Fri morning..we debated on when we would leave, and we decided to take Tati out of school Fri and leave first thing in the morning. When we first told her that, she wasn't very happy about it. She was sad that she would miss art and that she wouldn't be able to finish making her rainbow fish and some pilgrim craft they were supposed to be doing. I'm glad she likes school that much!
 well, she got over it and we left.The weather was really nice (just a little warm during the middle of the day, but the breeze was still cool and we had misters hung along the trees where we would all sit near.  The kids had a fun time on the zip line, the giant swing, riding the quads, playing in their tree fort, making berry soup from dirt, water, and wild berries. Me, Tati and Grandma Morrow went on a horse ride, which was fun. Sun morn I took the kids and we had a little photo shoot. The older kids were awesome helpers.. I wish I had them with me on every photo shoot!
 Sat was the Flake ranch 100 yr anniversary and there was a big celebration and pot luck. We did keg racing, grocery list game, etc.. It was fun and the adults did a keg race with plastic horses and playing like musical chairs. We had to run around a barrel and come back and sit on a bucket. It was me and the rest were the men.. well, they were not easy on me that's for sure but I pulled through.. it was fun!
 Alot of people had allergy problems and I had them pretty bad. Claratin didn't work well and benadryl made me drowsy and still didn't work that great.. and I did the keg race on benadryl..which I felt like hitting the floor afterwards I was so tired.. now today I am so sore! haha I'm out of shape.
