We had a nice visit from our friend Stefanie! we got to try out Sprinkles (I think that's what it was called.. gourmet cup cakes) for the first time and it was delicious!
We then headed out to San Diego for a weekend to visit our good friends the Alands :) we couldn't have gone at a better time. The weather was perfect! The kids even played in the water and didn't even care how cold it was.. I didn't even touch it nor did I dare put a bathing suit on..haha. The kids had the time of their lives! Afton and Felix are so much fun and the girls love playing with them.

this little guy is sitting up on his own now and very proud of it! this was his first visit to the beach! he didn't love the feel of the sand on his feet just yet.. I'll give him another month and he might like it :) although he did enjoy just chillin under the umbrella watching the waves.
this kid gets serious height, like his Dad ;)
this is what a lifetime friendship looks like :)
