Another day in the OR

Tatiana went in for surgery Friday, April 13th to have her PD catheter removed. The catheter was no longer functioning and stuck behind her liver. Tati will no longer be on dialysis, so only time will tell how her kidneys will react. I am so grateful for all the prayers and fasting for our family at this time, miracles happen every day! This is hopefully a blessing in disguise and we are looking forward for a new start for Tati, to a healthy and normal lifestyle. She will be able to bathe and swim for the first time! we are also looking forward to maybe a couple vacations, if everything goes well in the next few months. We will be checking her labs (blood counts and metabolic panel) frequently to see how she is doing without dialysis.
On another note, we found out wed, April 11; that we are having another Girl!! we are very excited for Tati to have a sister :)
