Easter and Baptism!!

Easter this year was amazing!! I got the girls and the boy some good stuff!! we had some fun at the Jann Wylers for some good eats and treats and some egg dying and egg hunting!! good times with friends. we also had fun with the Morrows, of course. I put together the lesson this year.. I put items in plastic eggs that represented Christ. for example, I had a piece of white cloth that represented the white linen that was used to wrap Jesus' body.. each kid got an egg and had to guess what the representation was. Then the kids searched for eggs!
Easter morning my parents came over and the kids searched for their baskets.. actually Tati was too excited and had already found the baskets, Hailey too, before we got up. they went and got them as soon as we got up. Tati and Hailey both got beds for their American girl dolls. Levi got Monsters Inc dvd. they got treats and candy as well in their baskets. I love my kids and Easter is my favorite holiday to reflect on Christ and the Atonement!!

My punky lou got baptized! I can't believe how proud I am of who she is. well I can believe it, but she is so amazing and wonderful. Tati is our miracle girl in so many ways!
She is such an example to those around her and her spirit is so unique and special.
She loves life and everyone!
Her special day was filled with the spirit!! many friends and family members came to see her get baptized. The entire Morrow family and my parents and brother Erik. Tina and her family even came down and Keating got baptized the next day!
the Shakers, LeSueurs, Hulse, Bodilys, Severtsons, Perkins, Sis. Ludlow, Shumways, Organs, Kerbys, and more!
Treston spoke on the Holy Ghost and Uncle Ben on Baptism.
Tati and the primary kids sang, "When I am baptized" it was so cute! I cried of course..
Sis Beverly Smith played the piano.
Tati made the decisions on who did what and she chose everything so perfectly.
both grandpas witnessed the baptism.
I was so emotional throughout the entire program almost and especially the minute she stepped foot into the water! Wow it was so special! I get emotional just thinking about it!
She is my special girl.
she is beautiful inside and out.. I feel so blessed and straight up lucky to be her mother!

After the baptism we had a dinner.. with food of Tati's choice: homemade mac and cheese made by me, chicken salad croissants, veggies and fruit, cake pops, cookies, cookie bars, punch, meatballs,
The food was amazing and I love it when family and friends get together to celebrate something so special!
